Apoorv Kumar has over 12 years of experience providing design, construction management and inspection services in the Greater Houston Area. He has worked on water treatment plants, drainage, roadways, parks and educational projects for several public agencies and private industry clients. A graduate of Texas A&M University with Master of Science in Construction Management and also holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management and Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. He is currently working for PMG, LLC as a Vice President. Apoorv has been an active member of ASIE since 2014.

Mr. Raghu Veturi has 17 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation industry. He has been an active member of ASIE in different roles (Volunteer, Programs Chair, Secretary and Vice President). Raghu currently works at Ardurra. In his current role he oversees company's traffic engineering practice. in his spare time Raghu enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife and his son. Raghu obtained his Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Massachusetts and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University, India.

Mr. Madichetti has over 19 years of experience in
conducting complex hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) studies, including 2D modeling, watershed planning studies
and storm water management studies. He has successfully
managed and completed Flood Insurance Studies of
several counties in Texas for FEMA and played a key role in the development of Harris County DFIRMs as part of the Tropical Strom Recovery Project (TSARP). He has been actively involved with ASIE since 2010.

Chad Patel has Bachelor of Science from M. S. University, Vadodara, India and Master of Science from University of Houston. Chad has over 40 years of experience and currently works as Chief Technical Advisor for KBR.
Chad currently serves ASIE as the Chair of the Advisory Council and has previously served as (2000), Secretary (2001), Professional Development Committee Chair (2009‐2011), Vice President (2011).
Chad has also served the community as Program and Seminar Committee Chair: India’s Millennium celebration program (2001), Committee Chair for Indo‐American Earth Quake Relief fund Distribution committee (2001), Neighborhood Representative: Lake of Austin Parkway (Years 2005 – 2010), Vice President of Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (2011 – 2012), Telfair Neighborhood 18: (2011, 2012, 2016), Indo American Forum of Fort Bend: in the committee (2017) and Treasurer (2018 and 2019). Chad has also volunteered for March of dimes, Katrina relief –Neighbors to Neighbors program, 1000 Lights for Peace, MDA walk, Houston Area Women’s Center, Science Fair, Mathcount, Daya, IACCGH and Project Cure.

Dr. Srinivas Chintalapati has more than 15 years of experience in the field of hydrology, hydraulics and water resources. He has extensive experience in complex hydraulic modeling from small scale to large scale watershed studies and GIS applications, as well as design of storm conveyance and mitigation systems. Mr. Chintalapati obtained his master’s degree in Hydromechanics and Water Resources Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, and completed his PhD in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has been a member of various professional organizations including American Geophysical Union (AGU), Hydrology Remote Sensing Technical Committee, IEEE – Geosciences and Remote Sensing Society, International Association of Hydraulic Engineering & Research (IAHR) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He is a life member of ASIE and served as a board member from 2009 to 2012, including as its President for the year 2011.
