ASIE has been incorporated under the Texas Nonprofit Corporation Act, Article 1396.3.02, as a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization in the state of Texas in August 1994. The Constitution and the By Laws have been revised, with the approval of the General Body, a number of times - the latest being November 2009.
